Where, oh where, has my Virtual Angel gone?

Virtual Angel began in 2002 after I graduated from Assist University and got my first client the very next day. For the next 4+ years, I helped my clients grow their businesses, create and launch fabulous projects, take their businesses to new, even more successful levels, and along the way, entered into some wonderful, collaborative relationships.

As I did more and more for my clients and stepped deeply into their businesses (and even their lives), I developed some kick-ass skills. Eventually, I realized that I had hit a ceiling in my business where I didn't have much room to grow, professionally and personally. Since the relationship was such a key piece to the successes my clients and I had, the idea of creating a corporate Virtual Angel, with many Virtual Assistants helping hundreds of clients, just didn't fit the incredible, moxie-filled model that I knew was what made these businesses successful in the first place.

Sadly, I closed my virtual assistance practice (but still kept in touch with those great clients, dontchaknow) in order to move on to something else: Write Well University.

You see, I'm a writer at heart, and I always have been. From junior high where I conned the shy artist boy to draw characters for the novel I was writing to being a blog slut today, words are my life. I love reading them, and I adore writing them, which is probably why this page could go on and on and on....

I write well because writing poorly gets you nowhere

Luckily, I'm a pretty good writer, so it works well. Unfortunately, there are many people out there who could use a little help. Although most people would say they are terrible writers, there are few truly hopeless cases (doesn't that make you feel better?). However, everyone can use a little help.

So, the next incarnation of Dawn is as of creator, founder, and innovator (and writer) of Write Well University, a program to help people write better - for whatever reason.

What's next for Dawn?

Despite the fact that I no longer have my virtual assistant practice, I'm still a Virtual Angel. So I'm keeping this website to share this next phase of my journey. At this time, this includes my passion as Chief Operating Officer of Assist University (AssistU), founder of Write Well University, and writer of the afore-mentioned blog.

Where does that leave virtual assistance?

It's still the smartest thing a business owner can do for his or her business. Imagine having a partner who is so in tune with you and your business that you don't even have to think about certain things anymore; they just get done by your VA.
